Over the past 12 years a number of projects have been completed at Webb Dock Melbourne for Patrick Corporation, SeaRoad & Coastal Expressline.

They include the Gatehouse/Admin. building, amenities facilities for the dock staff, warehouse extensions, tenancy fit outs and a new office and consolidation building.

The tenancy fit out involved converting two levels of the original amenities and operations building into office space.

All projects have been constructed on difficult ground and to specific Client requirements for materials handling. In all cases the projects were designed and constructed within tight time lines.
