This development achieved three high quality apartments on a 316m2 parcel of land.  Two apartments have 2 bedrooms and the third is a large 1 bedroom apartment.

Planning controls and a 9m height limit, were accommodated through clever design and a VCAT hearing was avoided.  Park & bay views are maximised and off street parking provided.

Polished concrete panels enabled a reduced construction period and a finished contemporary surface that is balanced with lightweight timber cladding.

The project has a high energy rating & maximises passive solar gains & insulation opportunities, to embrace energy efficient design.

A quality finish by Gaia Constructions ensured all units were sold long before completion, which eliminated the need to conduct a sales campaign.

The project is the winner of Master Builders Excellence in Housing Awards Best Multi-Unit Development - Up to 3 Units in 2015.
